Signly.pk (“Signly”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or order from us, why we need it, and how we keep it safe.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, delivery address, city and province, and your email address if you give it.
- Design details: the text, fonts, colours and notes you enter in our neon builder, the preview image of your design, and any logo or file you upload with a quote request.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Bank, JazzCash and Easypaisa payments are made directly through those services.
How we use your information
- To make and deliver your order, and to contact you about it – including confirming your design on WhatsApp or by phone.
- To prepare quotes for business signage.
- To answer your questions and handle returns or repairs.
- To keep our records and meet legal and tax requirements.
- To improve our website and products.
We will only send you offers or news if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:
- Courier companies – your name, phone number and address, so they can deliver your parcel.
- Payment providers – when you choose to pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
- Service providers that run our website, hosting, email and chat, who may only use it to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Cookies
Our website uses small files called cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in and remember your choices. These are needed for the shop to work. We may also use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may then stop working.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, returns, repairs and our accounts and tax records. Design files and uploads are kept so we can remake or repair your sign; ask us and we will delete them once your order is complete. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Keeping it safe
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and only the people who handle your order can see your details. No website is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
- See and update your details any time under My account.
- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Stop receiving offers from us.
Children
Our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
