How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery anywhere in Pakistan, or bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa. For custom designs we may ask for a small advance before we start making your sign.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-made signs usually take 3–5 working days and custom signs 7–10 working days, depending on your city. We share the tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Can I get my own text, name or logo made?
Yes. Use the Custom Neon Builder to design any text in English, Urdu or Arabic and see the price instantly. For logos and business signs, send a quote request with your file.
Will my sign look like the preview?
The builder shows your text, font, colour and proportions. For custom orders we confirm the final layout with you on WhatsApp before we start.
Are the signs safe to leave on?
Our signs use LED neon, which stays cool to the touch and uses much less power than traditional glass neon. Each sign comes with its power adapter.
Can I use a sign outdoors?
Yes – choose “Outdoor (waterproof)” in the builder or mention it in your quote request and we will make it for outdoor use.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
Please check your sign when it arrives and message us within 24 hours with a photo or video. We will repair or replace it.
Do you make business signs?
Yes – 3D letter boards, panaflex / flex, acrylic and LED signs for shops, offices, restaurants and events. Get a free quote.
