Delivery times, payment options and our returns policy.
Delivery
- We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Ready-made signs: usually 3–5 working days. Custom signs: usually 7–10 working days after your design is confirmed.
- You will receive your tracking details on WhatsApp / SMS when your order is dispatched.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
- You can also pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa – we share the account details after you place your order.
- For custom and business signs we may ask for an advance before production starts.
Damaged or wrong item
Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If your sign is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, message us within 24 hours with photos or a video and we will repair or replace it.
Returns
- Ready-made signs can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Return courier charges are paid by the customer.
- Custom-made signs (your own text, name, logo, size or colour) are made especially for you and cannot be returned, except if they arrive damaged or faulty.
