Cash on Delivery anywhere in Pakistan, or bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa. For custom and business signs we may ask for an advance before we start making your sign.

Yes – ready-made orders can be changed or cancelled any time before dispatch, and custom orders until production starts. Message us with your order number as soon as possible.

We send the tracking details on WhatsApp or SMS when your parcel leaves us. If you have an account you can also see the status under My account › My orders.

Yes. The Custom Neon Builder lets you type any text in English, Urdu or Arabic, choose the font, colour, size and backboard, and see the price instantly. For logos, send your file through the quote form or on WhatsApp.

Very close. The preview is a digital mock-up, so neon colours can look slightly different in real life and letters are joined with small, soft bends. For custom signs we send you the final design to approve before we make it.

The builder shows the approximate width for each size and the number of letters that fits. As a guide, a sign above a sofa or bed usually looks best at Large or XL, while a desk or shelf sign works well at Small or Medium.

Yes – Islamic and Urdu calligraphy is one of our specialities. Choose one of the Urdu / Arabic fonts in the builder, or browse the Islamic neon collection. Please double-check the spelling before you order.

Ready-made signs usually take 3–5 working days and custom signs 7–10 working days after you approve the design, depending on your city.

Rs 349 for orders of 1–2 items and Rs 399 for 3 or more items, anywhere in Pakistan. The charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Please check it when it arrives and message us within 48 hours with photos or a video. We repair or replace it free of charge. See Shipping & returns for details.

Our signs use LED neon flex, which runs cool and uses far less power than glass neon. Each sign comes with its power adapter.

Choose “Outdoor (waterproof)” in the builder, or tell us in your quote request, and we make it for outdoor use. Standard signs are for indoor use only.

Choose wall mounting, hanging or a stand in the builder and we prepare your sign for it. A stand lets you place the sign on a table or shelf without drilling.

Switch it off and unplug it, then wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning sprays.

Yes – 3D letters, shop boards, flex and neon logos for shops, offices, cafés and events. Send us your size and logo through the business signage page and we reply with a quote.
