Delivery

We deliver to every city in Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Every sign is packed with foam and a rigid outer box so it reaches you safely.

Remote areas can take 1–2 days longer. Once your order is dispatched we send the tracking details on WhatsApp or SMS. You can also see your order status any time under My account › My orders.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery and installation for large business signs is quoted separately.

Payment

  • Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider.
  • Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa – we share the account details on WhatsApp after you place your order.
  • For custom and business signs we may ask for an advance before production starts, because they are made specially for you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Please check your sign when it arrives – ideally plug it in straight away. If it is damaged, not lighting properly or not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We will repair or replace it at no cost to you, including the courier charges.

Returns

  • Ready-made signs can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and check the sign we refund the item price by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. The delivery charge and the return courier cost are paid by the customer.
  • Custom signs (your own text, name, logo, size or colour) are made only for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
  • Business signage is made to your approved design and cannot be returned; faults are covered as above.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will guide you through it.

Cancelling an order

  • Ready-made orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched.
  • Custom and business orders can be cancelled free of charge until production starts. After that, any advance paid covers the materials and work already done.
  • If a Cash on Delivery parcel is refused at the door without a valid reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
