Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on Signly.pk, on WhatsApp or by phone. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them once – they are short and in plain language.

1. Orders

  • Your order is confirmed once we have checked it. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your address and, for custom signs, your final design.
  • We may decline or cancel an order – for example if we cannot reach you, the address is incomplete, or a price was shown by mistake. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price and delivery charge shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.
  • We may change prices, products and offers at any time; changes do not affect orders that are already confirmed.
  • Payment options and delivery charges are explained in our Shipping & returns policy.

3. Custom designs

  • The preview in our builder is a digital mock-up. Neon colours can look slightly different in real life, and real LED neon has small, soft bends where letters connect.
  • Sizes are approximate. The final width and height depend on your text, font and number of lines, and can vary by a few centimetres.
  • For custom and business signs we send you the final design to approve before we start. Production begins only after your approval, and changes after approval may cost extra.
  • Please check spelling carefully – especially for Urdu and Arabic text. We make the sign exactly as approved.

4. Your text, names and logos

  • By sending us text, a logo or an image, you confirm that you have the right to use it.
  • We may refuse designs that are offensive, hateful, illegal or that copy another business’s trademark without permission.
  • We may share photos of finished signs on our website and social media. We never show personal details, and if you would rather we did not share your sign, just tell us.

5. Using your sign

  • Signs are made for indoor use unless you chose the outdoor option or agreed outdoor use with us.
  • Use the adapter supplied with your sign, keep it away from water and heat, and switch it off before cleaning. Our FAQ has simple care tips.

6. Liability

  • If something we made is faulty, we will repair or replace it as described in our Shipping & returns policy.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, wrong installation, a different power supply, water, or accidents after delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control, but we will always keep you updated.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
